From 10 to 12 June 2025, the CARAMEL project consortium convened in the heart of Dublin for its second in-person gathering, hosted by the School of Nursing & Midwifery at Trinity College Dublin. Over three days, partners from across Europe came together to take stock of progress, exchange knowledge, and align priorities for the next implementation phase.
Where science meets experience
This plenary session embodied CARAMEL’s collaborative spirit and its commitment to impactful, real-world innovation. The agenda combined strategic planning, co-design, technical discussions, and ethical reflections, illustrating the project’s integrated approach. From exploring gender-sensitive methodologies and data governance to listening to powerful testimonies on lived experience, the event served as a crucial moment of convergence. It helped reaffirm shared goals, clarify roles, and synchronise efforts ahead of upcoming clinical, technological, and outreach milestones.
